We realize that not everyone has equipment at home. We find ways to substitute our equipment with household items like using pillows or towels so you can still participate in all aspects of the class.
Our Martial Arts classes' primary goal is to make sure our students have fun and learn the benefits of physical activities. In a time of uncertainty, it's important to have a sense of routine. Our instructors have a blast and your kids will too.
